Through 32 years of practice, expertise has been developed in specific areas and the practice is now limited to those areas. The firm represents small businesses in the areas of professional practices, construction, hospitality, telecommunications and internet services. The firm does not represent criminal defendants, clients involved in patent or trademark law, or persons in matters involving contested child custody. While domestic relations and family law are areas in which the firm does not practice extensively, frequent and continuing representation of domestic litigants has provided substantial experience.
Phil Grant has been a frequent lecturer at seminars relating to the practice of injury litigation and professional malpractice. He is the holder of an A rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has extensive personal injury and commercial litigation experience.

Phil Grant's Photography specializes in portrait, travel and landscape photography. He has been engaged in portrait, travel and architectural photography both for fun and on a commercial basis. Phil is also a collector and operator of Z-Scale model railroads. I have been collecting Z Scale model trains for about fifteen years now. They are a little hard to see and handle but I do have a small layout that is always under construction. Collecting is far more interesting for me.
