 Hospitality Law is an interesting subject that exposes students to the relationship of the hospitality industry to the various governments, regulatory authorities and individuals encountered on a daily basis. The course matter covers basic tort and contract law as well as civil rights, labor, employment, health and fire safety, alcohol regulation and control, insurance and forms of business entities. While the focus is on the hospitality industry, the principles learned are equally applicable to any business. The course will be taught at the Northwest campus of Pima College.
